Mr. Gagnon is a member of the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec, holds a Master of Business Administration and has 30 years of experience in marketing. He will be an asset for our Board of Directors with his expertise in brand positioning and management, customer experience, product development and financial management, as well as marketing information systems and business intelligence. As co-founder of the boutique consulting firm Kairos Global Inc., Mr. Gagnon has been helping organizations solve complex business problems for 11 years.
We would also like to thank Benoît Bessette, whose term ends on December 31, 2025, for having contributed to our Board of Directors for more than six years.
