Parking lots
The Agence offers 75 municipal parking lots with 6 328 spaces, some are reserved for short-term parking and others for monthly permit holders. The Agence is partnering with the Société d’habitation et de développement de Montréal on an initiative to pool together private parking spots. The indoor garage of Îlot Balmoral will now offer street-rate parking for a maximum of two hours. Spaces will be available on weekdays between 11 a.m. and 9 p.m. and at all hours on weekends.

Pay and Display - How does it work
1Pay at the pay station located in the parking lot, following the instructions on the screen.
2Take your ticket and display it prominently on your vehicle’s dashboard.
3The ticket indicates the time of expiry.
Pay and Go - How does it work
21 parking lots where you can pay with P$ Mobile Service app:
1Enter the parking number indicated on the sign.
2Select Length of Stay.
3Pay and Go.
Only spaces with a daily rate identified with a space number are eligible.
You may still pay for your space at the pay station, but you no longer have to display the ticket on your dashboard.
