You must have a valid public property occupancy (PPO) permit before completing this form.

Important
  • This form must be completed 12 to 14 hours before the start of the work or the event.
  • Once completed, the form will be sent automatically to the Agence de mobilité durable de Montréal.

Towing of an offending vehicle
If a vehicle parks in the restricted area once this form has been completed and compliant* signs have been installed, contact customer service at 514 868-3737 to request a tow. A parking agent must be on site when the vehicle is moved.
