With 30 years of experience in marketing, he has developed recognized expertise in areas such as brand positioning and management, customer experience, product development and financial management, marketing information systems and business intelligence.

As co-founder of the consulting firm Kairos Global Inc., he has been helping organizations resolve complex business problems for 11 years.
