Free overnight parking during snow removal periods

Stationnement de Montréal announces that it will participate in Ville de Montréal’s Operation snow removal by offering free overnight parking (6 p.m. to 7 a.m.) in 2,206 parking spaces in 22 designated parking lots during snow removal periods.

Following the arrest of two (2) blue-collar workers last January, Stationnement de Montréal (SDM) commissioned an investigative and forensic accounting specialist to confirm the presence of irregularities and determine any economic losses. SDM’s management team then submitted its report to the Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM), which then made two (2) new arrests.

As of today, users are able to pay for their bus fare to take the Société de transport de Montréal (STM) 747 Shuttle, from the downtown area to P.-E. Trudeau Airport, with a ticket issued by pay stations operated by Stationnement de Montréal located nearby 9 of the line’s 12 bus stops.

P$ Mobile Service, the remote parking payment solution, celebrates its first anniversary. Stationnement de Montréal is proud to announce that the application, developed in collaboration with TC Media, now has over 200,000 registered users. Since its launch, over 1.8 million payment transactions have been made from a smartphone or computer.

A short 8 months after it was launched, P$ Mobile Service continues to show impressive figures. The remote payment solution developed by TC Media in close cooperation with Stationnement de Montréal has already racked up more than 110,500 downloads across all platforms, and has generated more than 550,000 transactions since it was introduced last summer.
