The management team of Société en commandite Stationnement de Montréal (the “Société”) has published its financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2017.

Highlights

  • In 2017, the Société contributed a total of $53.3 million to the City of Montréal in the form of taxes, rents, permits, compensation and royalties.
  • P$ Mobile Service: an essential and popular tool among users! A recent survey conducted by the Léger research firm revealed that the app received an enviable 88% satisfaction rate. Its growth also continued, as 50.5% of all user payments were made through this platform by the end of 2017.
  • With regard to client experience, the Société now offers flexible payment after converting nine of its parking lots into a Pay and Go format, which enables users to pay for their parking space through the app by entering the number shown on the sign.
