The entry into force date for street signs, originally scheduled for April 1 and postponed to May 1, 2020, is now in effect. It should be noted that the municipal administration had postponed the usual date of April 1st due to the confinement.
The Agence de mobilité durable is collaborating to make clean-up operations as efficient as possible and, with this in mind, parking agents will issue courtesy notices until May 11, 2020 (May 10th at 11:59 p.m.), as a reminder of the entry into force of on-street parking restrictions rather than formal statements of offences.
In all its actions, the Agence de mobilité durable works with the City of Montreal and follows the recommendations issued by the Direction régionale de santé publique.
