Access to information and personal information protection
The Agence de mobilité durable is a paramunicipal organization subject to the application of the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information (CQLR, c. A-2.1, the “Act”).
Access to information
If you would like to request access to a document that is not already available on our website, please send a written request by mail or email to the person responsible for access to documents at the following address:

All requests for access to documents can be made verbally. However, the Commission d’accès à l’information can only review decisions on requests that were made in writing.
Request response time limit
A response will be sent within 20 days of receiving your request. If necessary, this time limit may be extended by 10 days.
The Agency reserves the right to limit or deny access to certain documents, in whole or in part, in accordance with the Act.
If your written request is denied, you may file an application for review with the Commission d’accès à l’information within 30 days of the denial of your request or the expiry of the time limit.
Applicable fees
Fees may apply for the transcription, reproduction or transmission of documents. If that is the case, you will be notified of the approximate cost before the documents are copied.
